I can’t afford a lawyer.  How do I pay for my lawyer in a personal injury case?

Our law firm operates on a “Contingency Fee” basis for most personal injury cases, which means that in exchange for our services, we are paid based on a percentage of the total gross recovery that we are able to make for you.  You don’t owe us anything unless we win.  No recovery, no fee.

Again, there are no attorney fees unless you recover.  Court costs, litigation expenses, and unpaid medical expenses are paid from your share of the recovery; however, if there is no recovery, you will not be responsible for any court costs or litigation expenses.

What fees do I owe if my personal injury case is not successful?

If your case is not successful, you don’t owe us anything - regardless of the amount of time or money we have invested in your case.  Again, you will not be responsible for any fees, court costs, or litigation expenses unless we win.
