What To Sign
Your attorney will obtain any necessary information from employers, schools, or other persons. You should not sign anything for anyone else until you check with your attorney first.
Keep Detailed Records
Please be sure to keep accurate and complete records. Be sure that all medical bills related to your injury are sent to your attorney. Keep track of lost work time and wages. Save receipts for out of pocket expenses. All correspondence that you received that is related to your case should be copied to your attorney.
